Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Curiosity ("the Service"), operated by fixates.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Authorized Users

Curiosity is a private application intended exclusively for use by the application owner and members of the owner's immediate family. Only individuals who are part of the owner's household or family have the right to use the application, request OAuth consent, or access any features of the Service.

Any individual who is not a member of the owner's family and who accesses the Service, requests OAuth consent, or otherwise uses the application is in violation of these Terms of Service. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Description of Service

Curiosity is a web application that uses Google OAuth to authenticate users and access Google Calendar and Gmail services on their behalf. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service if you are not an authorized user as defined above
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Request or grant OAuth consent if you are not an authorized family member

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Service are the property of fixates.io or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fixates.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
